Doctoral School of the Agricultural Academy
The Institute of Cryobiology and Food Technologies is part of the Agricultural Academy, which runs a Doctoral School for project-based PhD students focused on the needs of businesses in agriculture and the food industry.
About the Doctoral School
The School was established under the project “Support for the development of project-based doctoral studies at the Agricultural Academy” (administrative contract No. BG05SFPR001-3.004-0003-C01 of 17.10.2024), funded by the Programme “Education” 2021–2027. Its main activities are:
- establishing and developing the Doctoral School and admitting project-based PhD students;
- supporting the professional development of project-based PhD students – partnerships, teaching activities and training at the University of National and World Economy, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Sofia University;
- building the capacity of academic staff through mobility.
