Laboratory "Technology of meat, meat products and eggs"

  • carries out scientific and scientific applied activity in the field of the technology, the quality and the safety of the meat products and eggs;
  • develops and implements technologies for processing of meat and eggs;
  • creates new meat and eggs-based assortments for mass and specialized nutrition;
  • investigates, studies and implements new technologies in the processing industry related to the safety of goods;
  • develops and implements technologies for deep processing of raw materials for their effective use;
  • carries out physical-chemical and biochemical analyses of raw materials and products of animal origin;
  • renders scientific-technological assistance and consulting to enterprises and companies for processing of meat and eggs products.

Laboratory "Technology of milk, diary products, oils and fats"

  • carries out scientific and scientific-applied activity in the field of the technology, the quality and the safety of milk, diary products, oils and fats;
  • studies the influence of various factors on the quality of milk and diary products;
  • makes biochemical analyses of the lipid composition of milk, meat, oils, fats and foods of plant and animal origin;
  • creates new milk-based food assortments for mass and specialized nutrition;
  • makes physical-chemical and biochemical analyses of raw materials and products of animal origin;
  • studies the content of micro-and macro elements in foods and drinks;
  • renders scientific-technological assistance and consulting to enterprises manufacturing diary products.

Education

The ICFT is granted an institutional accreditation for Ph.D. education for 4 scientific subjects: Technology of fish and meat products, Technology of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Technology of biologically active substances and Technology of processing and storage of grain, grain products and mixtures.
